Originally from Mexico, our family moved to San Jose, CA, in the 1990s, where we owned and operated a leather products business and have happily called the Bay Area home ever since.

Cesar's love for horses began at a young age while visiting his Father's side of the family. The highlight of these family visits was riding horses. As he got older, his passion grew, and he worked hard to continue educating himself.

Looking for a way to combine his passion for horses and his extensive experience in sales, Cesar explored the idea of a feed store because he understood the importance of quality feed and nutrition for healthy animals. He also recognized the need for a business in The Bay Area that catered to Hispanic and Latin communities where they felt comfortable and welcomed by their native language. Since then, Ganado Feed has grown a beautifully diverse community of customers and has expanded its offerings.
